Reviewing updates during the re-import can require lots of decisions. Now there are bulk actions for each option (ignore, overwrite, new contract) so that the most suitable option can be pre-filled and then manually adjusted.
In this picture for example, we have chosen "new contract" and then manually adjusted the last two employees:
