The aggregation grids now offer the new calculation method "average". This opens up a wide range of analytics, like a gender pay gap or generally compensation reports. Combined with different chart types, you can get a perspective that fits your use case, for example line charts lets you spot differences quickly:

Alternatively, area charts offer you a percentage-based comparison:

As usual, aggregations can be nested allowing you to slice and dice the comparison as you wish. For nested average calculations we do a true average calculation considering all underlying data points (instead of taking averages of averages):

To switch the calculation method, simply click on the KPI button:
