Creating your first planning Scenario

1. Go to Overview OR




2. Directly start scenario from the employee list




3. Choose base data for your Scenario




4. Name your scenario and set a starting date



Personio integration currently doesn't provide historic data. Backdated scenarios will therefore use the current contract information. 



5. Create scenario


Based on your selection HRCast will now create a new scenario based on the selected employee list (core list or employee list from another scenario) or just an empty scenario.


Changes in the underlying employee list (e.g. promotions, terminations, new employees) can already be seen in the Overview tab.


You can now manipulate the underlying employee list to your needs by adding employees or changing existing ones.
