Importing actuals to HRCast

In this article, we will show you how to import your historical payment data in order to compare actuals with scenarios.

1. Select Actuals on sidebar

2. Select "File Upload" and download the template afterwards.

3. Enter your actuals data into the employees. The easiest way to do so is to open the template in a Google Sheets or Excel file and export again once the data is entered. Follow the steps below to do so:

    3.a. Create an empty spreadsheets

    3.b. Select File -> Open and then open the template

    3.c. Enter salary data into the fields. You can also import your data from Datev and do a vlookup in this sheet.

    3.d. Export the sheet as CSV by clicking File -> Download -> Download as CSV

4. Import the exported file in HRCast by clicking "Upload"

You can now compare your actuals data with your scenarios and also view the payment history per employee.
