Mass edits including salary adjustments (July 2024)

After selecting multiple employees from an employee list, you have the following mass actions available:

• Performing adjustments:
  • Adjust salary
  • Move start date
  • Terminate
• Working with employee records:
  • Copy
  • Delete

The salary adjustment page allows for fast workflows: An initial adjustment (e.g. 10% increase) can be set for all employees as a starting point to then go over individual cases and refine. Salary adjustment can be entered in percent and in amount, offering maximum flexibility.

Copy feature: With this feature, users can easily equalize changes that might occur between the core list and scenarios, e.g. after a re-import.
