Financial Org Chart (March)

As you may have noticed already, there is a new entry in the sidebar that will lead you to an org chart layout of your employees. This will give you visual representation of your company. But there is more!

Focus on financials

Per default we show the aggregated contract value in each employee, which is the sum of all direct and indirect subordinates. In this perspective we also do currency conversion for you. If the individuals contribution is more important, you can switch to that KPI instead, where we show the original currency.

Coloring schemes

You can chose a certain attribute and the org chart will color employees accordingly, helping you to quickly get an overview.

Visual KPI representation

We visualize the chosen KPI. For example the contribution of each employee to the total contract value on that level, easily visualizing where there are outliers. Below you find one example of where the colors represent the department and the width of the bar is the employee's contribution in percent.

Here's another example with coloring set to office while not visualizing the KPI. Additionally you see the quick search in action, highlighting the relevant employee.

Lastly, each employee can be open in the org chart via their employee profile. This is helpful to quickly understand the  organizational context of that employee:
